I am a certified infant and child sleep consultant and am passionate about bringing sleep and routine to your family. I know what works for each family situation and each little character. I work holistically and as gently as possible to get little ones sleeping and families rested, happy and full of energy.
I look at each family individually to find a solution that is right for them. I provide support, advice and encouragement throughout the process and celebrate with you when you succeed...which you will!

It's never too soon to gently introduce good sleep habits and I am able to help with newborns from 4 weeks of age. Once feeding is established this is a great time to slowly start to ease into a loose routine, as this is the basis of a lifetime of good sleep.
