It's never too soon to start good sleep habits and I am able to help with newborns from 4 weeks of age. Of course babies are far too young at this age for formal 'training', but once feeding is established this is a great time to introduce good sleep habits and slowly start to ease gently into a loose routine, as this is the basis of a lifetime of good sleep.
